These weep holes allow water to escape during rain periods, preventing water blockages and potential damage.

Additionally, we urge all residents to pay attention to the cleanliness of their balconies and the drainage systems. Balcony drains should be cleaned regularly, especially if there are potted plants present. Elevating potted plants off the ground can help prevent blockages and ensure proper drainage.

The accumulation of dirt and chemicals from natural elements, such as rain, can lead to damage over time if left unchecked. Therefore, it is essential to wash the balconies and keep the floors clean to prevent build-up.
