What if defects are found at the property inspected?
Defects are very commonly found in most inspections carried out. However, there are differences between the defects found at each property; they can range from a minor defect or a major defect. Minor defects are often very simple and straight forward to rectify. Although, major defects may be a lot more complex and needing immediate attention before the defect exacerbates.
